Administrative Specialist (m/f/d) International Division – Billing & Interface Coordination

Your mission

  • Independent creation and review of outgoing invoices for services rendered by various departments to international clients and partners
  • Close coordination with billing-relevant departments to ensure accurate recording and representation of services provided
  • Active communication with internal interfaces — from order entry through to invoice completion
  • Maintenance and management of billing-relevant master data in the ERP system
  • Monitoring of open items and support in resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Participation in the continuous improvement and standardization of billing processes

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative field is advantageous
  • Confident use of an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
  • Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility for the quality of one's own work
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various internal stakeholders
  • Structured, independent working style with the ability to maintain an overview of multiple concurrent processes and implement creative solutions through personal initiative
  • Initial experience in a logistics environment is advantageous
